FB group griddle clean advice

 It may be sacrilegious to say, but get your griddle good and hot. Sprinkle some water in it and let the grime bubble up. Scrape it lightly, continue until nothing more comes off. Wipe her down, and lay out a light coat of oil. Leave the heat on until the smoke stops. Shut it down and you’re ready to cook for the next time. It may not be the way the pros do it but it works for me.
