Hash Browns The Secret
I think I finally nailed the crispy hash Browns I heat my griddle to about 350 to 400 I microwave for abt 3 minutes. I oil the griddle Then I use Ghee and place a thin layer hash brown and smash down with spatula I dont touch it for 6 minutes. I put Butter or ghee on top then flip it about 4 to 6 more minutes on griddle.
